After filling out a short application, students at any grade level can be tutored in their desired subjects virtually, coordinating with their tutor to create a weekly schedule. Tutors also have full access to IXL and Zoom resources, meaning every minute of free tutoring counts.
With many low-income or foster students unable to receive proper aid with their schoolwork, we fight against educational inequality in the United States by providing free, virtual, 1-on-1 tutoring to anyone in need, because the right to learn about the world should be held by all of those who live in it.
If high schoolers or beyond are interested in fighting inequity, tutors can apply and — once accepted — will receive a full dashboard where they can find a student. Tutors receive community service hours for the duration of their tutoring sessions, and they are are able to choose the student and therefore subject that they can best help with, availabilities, and more.
